The Design

Pañcamaṇi — meaning “the five jewels” — is a bracelet of exceptional stone composition and deliberate chromatic architecture. Five large semiprecious stones are set in sequence around the bracelet, each one different in cut, colour, and setting from its neighbour: a deep forest green serpentine oval cabochon in a plain flat gold bezel; a large pale blush rose quartz in a trapezoid / kite cut held in a 4-prong gold setting; a large pale yellow-green lemon quartz cushion cut in a 4-prong gold setting; a large deep purple amethyst oval in a 4-prong gold setting; and a large warm amber-yellow citrine cushion cut in a 4-prong gold setting. The five stones move through the colour spectrum from green through pink through yellow-green through purple through amber — a full chromatic arc across the wrist that reads as a jeweller’s colour study rather than an accident of assembly.
