The Design

Shāmalatā Haar — meaning “the deep-hued trailing vine” — is built entirely around the commanding presence of a large round pink amethyst rose-cut: a stone of exceptional depth and warmth, its surface faceted in the rose-cut tradition to maximise the play of light through its deep violet-pink interior. The rose-cut catches and holds light differently at every angle, making the stone appear to glow from within — a quality captured precisely in the name Shāmala, the Sanskrit descriptor for a gem that carries its colour with deep inner luminosity.
