The Design

Nīlāmbari — meaning “of the indigo sky” — is a long chandelier fringe earring built entirely around the phenomenon of colour graduation: the slow, continuous shift from the deepest indigo of lapis lazuli at the hoop, through the electric teal-blue of neon apatite, into the blue-green mottled complexity of chrysocolla, and finally into the rich teal-green matrix of African turquoise at the lower section — ending at each strand tip with a single small cream freshwater pearl rice drop.
